CEMENT CARRIER

Himech Cement Carriers  of Truck mounted type as well as trailer mounted type. (Himech manufactures Cement Carriers which are of Truck mounted or Trailer mounted type.)

Truck mounted Cement Carries  are available in 10 T, 12 T, and 15 T volumetric capacities. Cement Trucks are manufactured as per ASME Sec VIII DIV I.

Trailer mounted Cement Carries with volumetric capacities of 20 T, 30 T, 35 T and 38 T are also manufactured by Himech.

All the Cement Carries manufactures by Himech work on Dense Phase Technology ensuring a smooth and consult flow of cement required the oil field.

MOBILE BULK CEMENT UNIT

Himech's  MBCU is an independent unit used to transport dry cement from Bulk Handling Plants and to be directly hooked up for cementing job at the drill site with the cementing unit. It comprises of a powerful Screw Compressor, Coded pressure vessel, Surge Tank , Piping and valves and it gives a constant rate of discharge of cement during cementing job.

Storing Capacity : 20  MT of Cement.
Carrying Capacity : 10 MT of Cement.
Discharge Rate : 1.5 to 2.0 MT / Minute

OIL & GAS BURNER BOOM ASSEMBLY

Himech's Design, Burner Boom Assembly has been approved by DNV and the operation of the Burner Boom Assembly has been acclaimed  by many oil field drilling companies . The design of Burner Boom is rugged and is designed  for wind load factor of 160 Km / Hr. Burner Boom Assembly can be manufactured in  following capacities and sizes:

Capacity : 10,000 BOPD /12,000 BOPD
Sizes : 60 Feet /80 Feet

King  post assembly on which the whole load of Burner Boom rests, is also supplied as an optional equipment.

The following options of Burner Boom can be supplied:

Burner Boom Assembly with or without  king post .
Burner Boom Assembly with a provision of winch operation for lifting and stacking of Burner Boom when the rig is in transit.
